Delivery Options
- Same-Day Delivery – Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on working days are eligible for same-day delivery within Nairobi and its environs.
- Next-Day Delivery – Upcountry (Outside Nairobi): Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Shipping Fees
We offer free delivery.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with your order details. Our delivery team may also contact you before dispatch to confirm your location and availability.
